How do I know this? 
Because I've been there,
I get it.

I lost my 4-year-old son Adam to cancer, then before I reached the second anniversary of his death, my dad had a fatal heart attack. Eighteen months later, my mum passed away. I was heartbroken and I was reeling.

What else could possibly happen?

A few years later, I thought my life was changing for the better. I was engaged to be married, I had given birth to my second son a few months earlier, and was my pregnant with my third child. But one Friday afternoon, my world imploded again and I miscarried my precious baby at 13 weeks.
 The only thing that kept me going was holding my son Nathan in my arms and being so grateful for him.

 As everyone always says, life goes on, and it did, but I still felt like here was a piece of me that was missing. 

 Just under two years later, my third son was born. I felt the intensity of the conflicting
emotions; sadness that Adam and my parents weren’t physically here to be part of our family
anymore, and happiness at having another healthy little boy.

 But as so many of us do, I kept my pain hidden 💔. I didn’t want to ‘spoil the happiness’ for
everyone else.

 For over 15 years, I lived like this, keeping my sadness and pain locked away and doing my
best for my husband and children.
 But in 2016, the pain I’d been trying to keep inside bubbled over and my grief resurfaced.

 It was like a volcano had erupted.
 I tried to push it back down, but then I realised that the only way I’d get out of this pain was
by going THROUGH it, not around it.

 This was the start of my transformation from a chrysalis to a butterfly.

In the last 4 years, I’ve been on an amazing healing journey. I’ve learned techniques and completed training that has not only helped me, but has allowed me to share them with others to guide and support them on their path through grief and beyond..”

Frequently Asked Questions


What does the membership cost ?    
As a founder member of Life After Loss, you’ll pay £9.95/month* or  £95 for an annual
membership (saving £24.40). If you opt for the annual membership, you’ll get a bonus 1-1
session with Jude.
*This is a founder member offer and membership will not be offered at this price again.
The daily support within the Facebook group and the online calls alone would be worth the
cost of the membership, and you wouldn’t get access to Jude for this price in any other way.


How far along are most members on their journey?
Most participants will be at least 6 months into their grief journey, but this is not a
requirement if you feel ready to participate.


I am getting counselling or accessing other treatments to help with my grief, will the
membership work well with them?

This membership can support you if you are currently receiving other help and support from
a counsellor or therapist. You can also book an additional 1-1 session with me if you feel like
it’s needed. I’m open-minded and interested in things like complementary therapies, so I’d
love to discuss what’s working for you and see how it works alongside your membership.


When are the Live online meetings held?
These will be arranged at a time that suits the majority of the founding members, but all
sessions will be recorded so you can watch at a time that suits you if you are unable to
attend the live session.


What happens if I can’t make one or more classes?
I would love you to attend live sessions as much as possible, as you can still get a lot of
value and healing from the recordings, but please do attend whenever you can.

What equipment do I need to access the course?
You just need access to the internet, and a Smartphone, iPad, Laptop, Notebook, or PC.  A
printer may be useful if you wish to print off any of the resources, but it’s not essential.


What do I do if I have any other questions?
Email Jude@sadnesstosunshine.com  or ask in the Facebook group if you are already a
member.

Who is the course NOT good for?
The membership is specifically designed for grief associated with the death of a loved one. If
you would like assistance with some other loss, then you can book a complimentary call to
explore working with me as a 1-1 client.


What if I enrol and find out the membership is not for me?
You can cancel anytime if you are paying monthly. If you join as an annual member, I will
refund the difference between 2 months membership and the annual figure, less the amount of months you have been a member.

Because grief and everything you feel can be so complex, I would ask you to give it a little time and be as active a participant as you can before you decide to cancel.
